| This academies testing system and testers judge people way to easily. I myself am a very harsh testers on my other academies you need harsh testers to make the users go all out for the next rank but if you give out high dorms they wont need to try hard. I think I should be a tester to encourage people to try there best to be promoted so yeah  hope youll consider it |

| while it is true that being soft isn't always a good thing, its not good to always be harsh either, you have to know just the right limit at both ends. However you do make a good point, at the end of your week, you will be taken into consideration. |
