This team will consist of 15 members other than me.......
now this team will be called 13 Court Guard Squads(13 captains and 2 sub captains,plus the 10 soul reaper's who will obey the 13 C,G,S)
the first 4 captains dont need to take any of the test's at all
you may ask for youre position(if more than one person wants the same position then they must duel for it)Ok Here Are You're Ranks

and to be honest it depends on the Vizard
in bleach only 1 vizard was stronger than the captains(kaname tousen)
also to be captain you're dorm level must be XYZ or higher
